Love the Changing Room. Everyone is so nice and professional from the receptionists, shampoo girls, and of course the stylists . I must confess that I do have my favorites, however they really are all very good. The Beauty Shop is one of the cleanest and prettiest that I have ever seen in Miami. And of course the best part is that they are open Every day .... NO ONE has to have a BAD HAIR day ever ...I have already recommended two friends and they are thrilled with the results.....I still love the Changing room from my first review...Andrea gives the best perms.....Kim is excellent...We are so lucky to have a great shop like this
I recently came in for the first time and had the most amazing experience. Everyone was so professional and I loved the vibe in the salon. I got a color and cut done by Stephanie...my hair looks phenomenal and I will definitely be coming back. She made me feel like a million bucks
There is a reason this place has so many wonderful reviews... its because this is the best salon you will ever go to. Not only are they rated in the top 200 salons in the country for yet another year, they are also VERY FAIRY PRICED. I've called many salons pricing around in the area an they wanted almost double for the same services! I thought maybe it was just inflated Miami prices so I asked friends who do hair in other parts of the country and in the world and they said they charge about the same as the other places in Miami charge so not only are they fairly priced for Miami, they are fairly priced period. I've been going to Changing Room for 5 yrs. They use quality, non damaging products and their customer service is impeccable. Everyone is friendly and in a good mood. The positive vibe is simply contagious. Its a fun, hip, funky spot and not a prissy salon. If you're looking for a hair cut but don't want a millimeter more than you ask for cut off, have Daniella L. cut your hair. If you want funky colors, a shade that goes perfect with your skin tone or something unique, have Silvia A color your hair. If you want icy platinum blonde that is lighter then the rest can get it, ask for Stephanie D. One of the best things about this place is that they are all hourly meaning they don't work on commission so there is no competition and they never take offence if you want to try out different stylists. They don't pressure you to buy any products either but there are some for sale there should you want any. They have been in business for almost 40 years and I can say why. Do yourself a favor and try them out and you will see what all the hype is about! Thank you Changing Room. You guys are AMAZING !!!!
I am big on receiving great customer service, so I strictly believe in professionalism, attentiveness, clear communication skills, knowledge in the field, prompt services, and keeping the customer satisfied with a positive attitude. I am pleased to say I have received all of the above from beginning to end from The Changing Room hair salon. Initially, the customer service by phone with Natalie was terrific and informative, I was then professionally greeted and helped as soon as I walked in, the stylist, Jenni was efficient, kind, prompt, and experienced. You could tell she knew what she was dealing with right away. I had 2 salons mess up my hair prior to coming here. Jenni was able to do a color correction on my hair and also create a beautiful ombre look that I wanted. My hair never looked so great. The lady (I didn't catch her name) that shampooed my hair several times was also very kind and informative when I asked about several products and other salon-type questions. This was the best overall experience I've had in a salon! I will definitely be coming back again! Thanks Jenni and The Changing Room!
Went for the first time after 10+ years at a private salon! Place has great energy and positive vibe. I was recommended to Stephanie for color and she was wonderful! She was patient, understanding and asked all along the way if I was comfortable and happy with the results. I actually wanted some alteration to the color and she re-did it, getting me 110% happy! She really went above and beyond and it turned out fabulous!
