Worse customer service ever!!! Went in on black Friday and they told me they were closing for inventory so i needed to leave right away. Will never shop in there again. Rude and overpriced anyway!!! Don't shop there. Owner just responded and is a complete LIE!!! Karma will get ya!!!! Look at all the negative reviews. Your employees are rude and you are a dishonest business owner. By the way i know Spanish . What u said wasn't nice. I or my friends will never shop in your crappy over priced store again. Karma!!!
Terrible! I went to go look for the perfect prom dress. While having a great experience with one of the workers, and having picked out many dresses to try on, the owner came over and told me and my mom "There is an 8 dress limit when prom dress shopping." It's awful for that to be the policy, for many girls the ninth dress could be the perfect one. I was planning on buying a dress that I had earlier tried on, but I've decided to get the dress elsewhere and even found it for a better price. I would not recommend this store to anyone for any occasion. While the dresses are cute I could never support a business that limits me to what I can try on and look at. Such poor service and such a bad way to run a business.
Horrible customer service they limit you on dress options, speak poorly about clients in Spanish, the employees lack attention to clients, the dresses are horrible quality, and they don't even allow you to take pictures. Apparently they believe their store is 'one of a kind' so literally no one can take pictures. However in other stores you're allowed to. I would never go back to this store, even if it was the only store left to get dresses at.
Worst customer service ever! The saleswomen and owner are very rude. They don't allow you to touch or try on anything. They say sizes don't fit. They don't allow to take pictures and talk badly about you. After leaving the store they locked the door so we can't come back in after expressing our feelings. Worst behavior and manners. I will never buy anything from this store.
This boutique is fantastic! I brought my daughter here to look for a prom dress. They were so helpful and patient. My daughter tried on beautiful dresses and found the perfect one with accessories to match. I'm so happy I found this shop. I will definitely come back next time I have my own event to get dressed up for.
