I tried to buy a hybrid bathing suit and the selection was minimal. I then went to nordstom rack and there was style of shoes i liked and as i was trying on them on another shopper said" he liked them ". He grabbed the next 1/2 size up which i was going to try on if my size did not fit .. It figures that i needed that size. He knew he was being rude because he didn't try them on he just grabbed them. Never expected a nordstom customer to act like that .

Such bad customer service from sales rep. to service bar to the bistro. I have been shopping and dining with Nordstrom for over a decade and Nordstrom used to provide the best shopping experience but this store fails every time. Employees need to be trained and menu of bistro needs to be executed properly.
