my mom works in the mall and i have been in there the lines are long but quick and there is not that much people so shut up
Very disappointed.
The pictures talk, I bought the tickets at 7:09 after that there was a decent line at the food concession. However, I was shocked when I wanted to buy popcorn both of the cashier started to serve only the premium card holders. I was able to place my order at 7:23. I had to wait until 7:38 just to get my pretzel. The staff was very rude, oh my god I can't believe that this theater is an AMC theater.
The last time I visited this theater I was pretty appalled at the lack of cleanliness and attention from the staff. The soft drink machines were broken and they ran out of bottled water. The line for the concession was very backed up and the front main concession was the only one open. The floors all around the concession area were very sticky as if they had not been cleaned in some time. On my way out I visited the men's room and there were paper towels all over the floor because the garbage container had overflowed. Aventura is such a nice area and I was pretty shocked at the appearance of this theater.
The movie theatre is great. The big annoying issue that does not need an apology but needs fixing is the answering of the phones. Theatre experience however is great.
This is the worst movie theater I have ever been too! They only have 1 concession stand open while the others are closed even though the lines are SUPER LONG! The best part is that the concession stand always has just 2 people and they work without a care in the world when we are trying to get into our movie. You would really think that a theater in this part of town would be better managed.... you thought wrong!!
