2 weeks ago I lost my cellphone across Aventura Hospital (20200 Biscayne Bvrd., Aventura Fl); along 3 hours my wife was tracking it through an App on her laptop while I was asking from securities at that hospital to almost everyone I crossed by, since the Apps showed her its short movement of my cellphone in the hands on someone (inside that facility), who DID NOT handled it to the Hospital despite my twenty-something calls from my wife and I; finally she called me (I was using her cellphone while she used a jack at her comp to communicate one each other) saying that my cell was moving away, and after 15 minutes got into a private property, less than 2 miles away; I entered it, explain to front desk security, but they were useless- even rude to me- so, I went to Aventura PD with my issue. At this point, I started to get frustrated since I lost my last cell 2 months ago, with all my son's pics, College links, contacts, etc., and this seemed the same again. Then, officer HELEN MORRISON was on duty, who performed her duty by assisting me with my cellphone in THE MOST DILIGENT, PROFESSIONAL AND SERVICIAL way I've experimented in years of working close with Law Enforcement; details left beside, I want to congratulate Chief STEINBERG for having such A NICE and PROFESSIONAL POLICE OFFICER at his Department;

Good and helpful department, especially the nice officer named Reyes who helped me to make the call and talked about my case to another nice policeman. Thank you all inclunding two officers helped me get my car out of the cheated repair shop today. Thank you all including Mr. Brizuela and other two who helped me last Thursday afternoon when the case started at the cheated repair shop.
I'm very convinced that PEOPLE like OFFICER MORRISON MAKE THE DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY, and really we need more DEDICATED POLICE OFFICERS LIKE HER, WILLING TO SERVE THE CITIZENS.
